Kat has spent years navigating the space between the seen and unseen, building businesses in the physical world while deepening her gifts in the energetic one. From corporate sales to holistic nutrition to intuitive leadership, every chapter brought her closer to the same truth: that the most powerful, fulfilling work lives at the intersection of soul and strategy.
She is the creator of the Mind Body Spirit Method™, a whole-person approach that weaves together intuition, mindset, body work, wellness, energy work, and spiritual coaching. She has held space for hundreds of women who were ready to be seen, supported, and transformed from the inside out.
